With an undergraduate degree in psychology, a master’s in counseling, post master’s certifications in women and families, Gottman certification to work with couples, and EMDR certified- I LOVE what I get to do each day.

Fun Facts:

I hold a license to practice counseling only in the state of Pennsylvania, which entails having completed all course work in a master’s degree program, passed the National exam, and accrued over 5000+ hours of counseling others. With over a 13 years of counseling experience, I feel honored to hold this license and will continue to hold myself to the highest standard to give you the best care.

Outside the walls of this sweet role, I am a wife and a mom to a few humans. I love learning about new people and creating strong communities where I am.

After completing all my education and licensing requirements in the US, my family and I moved to Singapore for a few years and I had the life changing opportunity to start a private practice there! I furthered my niche of working exclusively with women going through identity shifts, anxiety and relationships. Working with a diverse population of clients from other 40 different countries was without a doubt, the best learning experience of my life (so far).
